Life saver and worth it .If you’re planning on buying any other Gel , this is the ONE . This gel helps with recovery and you can use it before or after your workout . I train jijitsu and this has helped me so much !!! It relieves the pain and to add , this gel has a cool smell to it . I wish they made lotions of this same scent haha . BUY BUY BUY my mom even uses this gel for her wrist . Thank you Mike !
