Electricity North East (Construction and Maintenance) Limited (ENECML) are an independent and non-regulated division of the Electricity North West Group. The group includes Electricity North West Limited (ENWL), the largest UK District Network Operator in the North West of England. ENECML provide High Voltage infrastructure design, installation and maintenance services, including COMA agreements, Low Voltage construction and maintenance contracts and multiple behind the meter options.
