I have always had a passion for dance which resulted in achieving a Contemporary Dance Degree after studying at Newcastle College and York St John University, graduating in 2012. This passion led me to see the benefits of fitness classes such as Zumba, and after training to become a Zumba instructor in 2011, I trained in other areas of fitness; Aqua Aerobics, Circuit Training and Exercise to Music.
