I use a holistic approach, and emphasize the important connection between the body (our physical health) and the mind (our emotional and spiritual health). I believe that these are equally important and that the neglect of one deeply impacts the others. In order for our work to be most effective, I implore my clients to take care of each of these aspects. I offer an integration of Western and Eastern techniques, focused on internal healing of the soul in order to shed the inauthentic parts of your being. It
