Life isn\u2019t always perfectly smooth. Sometimes, things arise and plans need to change.
If you enroll in a course or private coaching session, but then you can\u2019t attend (or you need to drop out early) because you\u2019re dealing with a serious illness/medical crisis, please send me an email as soon as possible. I can send you a refund, or reschedule you into another class or coaching session for later in the year, or we can work out some other arrangement for you. Please get well soon.
However, if you enroll in a course or private coaching session but then you cancel, drop out, or choose not to show up for a non-medical reason (for example: \u201C I changed my mind, \u201D \u201C I forgot that I have a schedule conflict ,\u201D \u201C I didn\u2019t find a petsitter in time ,\u201D \u201C I got stuck in traffic ,\u201D \u201C I just don\u2019t feel like it ,\u201D etc.)\u2026 you will not receive a refund. This is a non-negotiable policy.
