I am an incoming Ph.D. student in the Computer Science department at the University of Wisconsin-Madison , WI. I am fortunate to be co-advised by Prof. Somesh Jha and Prof. Patrick McDaniel . I obtained my Bachelor's degree in Computer Science (Honors) and Mathematics from William & Mary (advised by Prof. Adwait Nadkarni ), VA, in 2022.
My research interests lie in security and application of machine learning -- the attack and defense mechanisms of adversarial machine learning and its broad implications in real world. I am highly interested in the robustness of machine learning models. In current work, I am exploring the trade-off between universality and label-efficiency of representations in contrastive learning. Besides, I have focused my honors research on evaluation and improvement on dynamic and static analysis in cryptographic misus
At my free times, I love playing table tennis, biking, hiking, and traveling. Immersing myself in nature makes me feel incredibly refreshing and empowered!
