One of The Knot Worldwide’s main sources of revenue is the advertising spend from wedding vendors seeking to reach engaged couples. Couples expressed a desire to see vendor wedding availability. UX research was done to design a brand new UX/UI in which vendors could provide their availability to couples. Results from a pilot coming soon.
