After working in media for over thirty years, in 2015 I made a transition to get certified as a mindfulness teacher. Later, I completed a Master in Science in systemic counseling for individuals, couples, and families. My life purpose is to serve other people through a safe, compassionate, and collaborative therapeutic alliance.

Session can be in-person or online. We will create a safe and respectful environment to explore what´s happening here and now, as well as events in the past, to cultivate a better future. Let me join you in a process where creativity, reflection, and authenticity will get you in touch with your strengths and internal resources.
