A Triathlate and an Ironman. I'm a self-taught man. Born in 1972, raised and lived at Rosh Hanikra. Throughout childhood, I was sailing a lot and used to do outdoor sport activities, running, climbing and cycling. My life are centered upon my passion for endurance sport. Now a professional coach, certified triathlon trainer and personal trainer, driven by an incredible passion for sport activities especially endurance sports such as long distance triathlons, Ironman events and all kind of running.
