Elaine Wigham gained a MSc Advanced Food Manufacture at Nottingham University as well as Lead Auditor Certificate, Advanced Food Hygiene, Level 4 HACCP and PCQI certificates.
During her 30+ years career in the food industry Elaine has worked across Europe, Asia and South America carrying out GFSI and 2nd party audits as well as Gap analysis.
