We subscribe to the definition of 'transition' which identifies transitions as processes of change and adapting to these changes, which are not finite. We believe that effective transitions have the power to improve all other aspects of education, for children, their families, and practitioners. Nothing is untouched by transition. No transition happens in isolation.
