Our vision for Edinburgh Innovation Park is of a thriving and supportive community that brings together academic excellence and regional expertise in food, drink, and health sciences with Scotland’s emerging businesses for the benefit of society and the economy.
Our flagship building is the Queen Margaret University Innovation Hub, a £40m national resource underpinned by a formidable innovation network and support infrastructure. Home to the Scottish Centre for Food Development and Innovation, the Hub will accelerate sector collaboration across not just food, drink and health enterprises, but other innovative businesses and academia. Edinburgh Innovation Park partners are Queen Margaret University and East Lothian Council. The name reflects the park’s attractiveness as a location within the wider Edinburgh city region, which is made up of East Lothian, Midlothian, West Lothian, Scottish Borders and Fife as well as Scotland’s capital city.
