Edgeley, a vital, community-minded town, is located 38 miles south of Jamestown, North Dakota, at the crossroads of Hwy. 281 & 13.
Edgeley is a very rural community with farming being a large part of our economy. Wheat, corn, soybeans, sunflowers, barley, oats, and potatoes are the more common small grains grown in the area. Livestock is another important aspect of our economy, with cattle and feedlots dotting our countryside.
Wind Energy became a reality in the summer of 2003. North Dakota’s first wind farms were built 8 miles west of Edgeley. More information on the 41 turbines can be found by clicking on the Wind Energy button.
