Funded by Effective Ventures and born from the Effective Altruism Movement and a data-driven mindset, the Mental Health Navigator is a signposting service committed to helping people find mental health resources and access care. We do this in two ways: (1) through information available on this website and (2) through meeting 1-on-1 with people via our Advisory Service.
