Tom MacFarlane, EMP President, became involved in EMP in the 1970s as a member of the stage crew. This progressed to becoming heavily involved in set construction, and eventually production and administrative areas over time. Through EMP, Tom met his wife Jane, and had an immense impact on community theatre in Etobicoke and Mississauga.
