Dwayne has been an international business consultant over the last 15 years expanding businesses concepts for companies. He has trained many business leaders using principle centered concepts to assist them to expand beyond their own geographic boundaries to the rest of the world.
Dwayne's expertise in leadership and technology moved him to the front of the line of his peers when he began to create transactional techniques for merchant processing for credit card transactions. This opened the door to creating software with his techniques to make compensation plans work dynamically with instant payments.
