Welcome to Durham and Deerness Valley Methodist Circuit. It is a complicated time for many and people are seeking answers to ultimate questions. If you want to know a bit more about our churches, read further. If you are a seeker, the answer tends to be the same each time. You, particularly you, are loved.
Our Circuit is 15 churches trying to work differently than before lockdown. Before lockdown we functioned mainly independently and focused on our Sunday service as our main outreach. We are now functioning in groups of churches holding physical Sunday services as Government allows and many online services to keep those who do not feel comfortable yet in public, connected and safe. We are working as four groups of churches managing 15 sites.
