Dr. Morgan returned to Louisiana in 1971 to begin the private practice of Pediatric Dentistry in Baton Rouge to the present time. He has continued to remain current with the newest pediatric dental techniques through annual seminars and dental meetings. He is a member of the Academy of Pediatric Dentistry, American Dental Association, Louisiana Dental Association, East Baton Rouge Dental Association, and Louisiana Association of Pediatric Dentists. He is also a volunteer for soldier readiness dental exam
