Welcome to my website. I am a licensed psychologist (PSY 21162), a play therapist-supervisor (RPT-S), and a meditation teacher. I currently mostly work with therapists, play therapists, and young parents who are interested in becoming more responsive and less reactive to life's stressors. I help them with understanding the ways they interact with their clients in clinical settings and their children at home.
I am an adjunct faculty at The Chicago School of Professional Psychology (San Diego Campus). I also teach at UCSD-Extension and offer supervision to therapy assoicates.
My former experiences are varied and include serving as a medic and an aviation physiology instructor at the IAF, working as a psychotherapist, a clinical lead and a supervisor of interns at Jewish Family Service of San Diego, working with children diagnosed with muscular dystrophy and cerebral palsy, providing school-based counseling at elementary and middle schools, working with college students at Cal.
