Dr.Vijayan K Pillai , Professor, School of Social Work University of Texas at Arlington Vijayan K Pillai, Ph.D., is professor at the University of Texas at Arlington, USA. He is a fellow of the Royal Society of Public Health (FRSPH) and also a Fellow of the American Academy of Epidemiology (FACE). He has worked with the Buckner Foundation through the Africa Program at the University of Texas at Arlington in establishing an orphanage in Seirra Leone.
