Dr. Freedman's practice is part time and he is currently accepting a very limited number of new patients. He is only able to treat patients who live in New York or New Mexico.
He is no longer accepting new Medicare patients and does not accept any other form of health insurance. If your plan offers out of network benefits, he can provide the appropriate receipt so that you can obtain reimbursement from your insurance company.
Dr. Freedman is licensed both in New York and New Mexico and currently sees telehealth patients from both states. He will be accepting a limited number of new patients in January, 2024. For all new patients, he requires an in-person visit to do an initial psychiatric evaluation. Subsequent sessions will usually be via Zoom telehealth.
