Dr. Jack Stern is the proud founder of Brain & Spine Surgeons of New York and a board-certified Neurosurgeon who received both his M.D. and Ph.D. degrees from the Albert Einstein College of Medicine.
He and Dr. Neubardt were the first to promote the concept of spinal surgery being performed by an orthopedic/neurosurgical team. He was a pioneer in the use of intraoperative neuromonitoring to promote and enhance patient safety during neurosurgery.
