I work with people who are feeling stuck in life who want to feel more in control of their life, no matter what age they are, whether they are a young adult, in their mid life or deciding whether to retire or contintue to work in their later years. When people come to me I find they do not feel like the self they knew before, may feel pulled in many directions by life demands, other people, responsibilities and sometimes chronic illness. They feel unhappy, exhausted and empty.
