Hello, my name is Steve Buckthorpe and I have been making furniture, turning bowls and making pens as a hobby for a number of years. I find it extremely relaxing and completely different to my 'proper' job as a Data Manager in a large 11-19 school. Over the years, as word got round about my hobby, I started to get requests to make particular items, and have now made several pieces of furniture to order as well as numerous bowls.
Many years ago I made two electric guitars and I have decided to start making them again. I have now expanded this area and have made several electric and acoustic guitars. I am currently in the process of making a classical guitar.
