We moved back to Ireland in 2004 and bought a run down 1 bed cottage in Fairview. We contacted Draftech through the golden pages. Their ideas and use of the space was clever and as part of the re-furb, Sylvester Nolan advised we lower the ground floor and get a second bedroom upstairs including planning permission. The house is warm and cosy and we are very pleased with it.
