Rates are based on a low summer season and high summer season . Low summer season is May 1st up to Memorial Holiday weekend and after Labor Day Holiday Weekend through October 31st. High summer season is Memorial Holiday weekend through Labor Day weekend. Winter rates start November 1st through April 30th and are based on non-Holiday Nightly rates and Holiday Nightly rates.
Nightly Minimum Subject to Change for Holidays : 3 night minimum for Martin Luther King Holiday Weekend, 3 night minimum for Presidents Holiday Weekend, 3 night minimum for Memorial Holiday Weekend, 7 night minimum for 4th of July Holiday, 3 night minimum for Labor Day Holiday Weekend, 4 night minimum required for the Thanksgiving Holiday, 7 night minimum required for the Christmas/New Year's Holiday.
