We are an organic farm near the beautiful village of Llanarmon DC, near Llangollen, producing Welsh Lamb and Welsh Black Beef. We converted to organic in 2014 after careful consideration. It wasn’t a massive change as we had already farmed with low inputs for a number of years. We have been involved in numerous agri-environmental schemes for nearly 20 years, improving the flora and fauna of the farm.
We made the decision to start selling our lamb and beef in boxes directly to the customer 3 years ago. Partly because we knew we had an excellent product to sell that was not realising its true worth selling through the livestock markets.
