Description: Dolce Salato came as an opportunity to be in the restaurant business when least expected. Five years ago, I started working on this dream and had no idea about this type of business but I wanted to try something new so I took the chance and that is how this journey started. The first three years were very challenging, however; with every challenge comes an opportunity and I took them all; including meeting my wife. She started working as a cook, and now she is helping run the restaurant as we grow together.
