We do accept returns (some exceptions apply)\u2026.message us within 7 days of getting your gear to get a return message. Gear that is sent back without messaging will not be refunded. You will be responsible for the shipping fees to send it back to us. Once we receive your item unused and clean of hair & dirt etc\u2026.We will issue the refund minus all shipping fees. We work hard to make gear you will love. We care about you. If you have any other troubles just reach out so we can come to a resolution.
NO Returns on Custom gear / or used gear. We will correct any item we make a mistake on. If your gear gets damaged during shipment send us message and an image of the package & the item. We will get if resolved for you.
