In today's economy, preparedness is not only a foundation for career opportunities, but it is a prerequisite. It is essential that college students are equipped before they graduate for the expectations they may encounter as recent graduates.
The National Diversity Council's College Initiatives programs provide fundamental support to participants in their preparation for the workforce from college. Our programs provides a pipeline for participants to succeed in their post-college performance and ultimately in their careers.
Our goal is to increase the success of students leaving college, providing them with the resources and knowledge to make comprehensive professional decisions.
