So many Rotary events are taking place this month. We start with our joint district conference in Clayton on May 5-7. Rotarians from across central New York will gather for fellowship, learning and celebration. This is an opportunity to meet members from clubs that will be part of the new CNY Rotary district.

The Rotary experience is not the same for everyone who interacts with our organization, our district and our clubs. As I have been making my way around the district between visits to clubs and club events, I have been modifying my speech as I learn more. I am sharing thoughts and ideas of the things I am finding are working for clubs. Perhaps my largest discovery has been the club cultures and how wildly different our clubs are.
