Truth heals like no other. Nothing heals or grounds you better than truth. It may hurt your ego to hear it, but it will sound like angelic bells to your soul. What is the truth of the situation, person, place, thing, etc? We will always come back to this question. Your ability to transform is DIRECTLY related to how well you can hear and speak truth.
