Our system of open dialogue uses techniques inspired by the Kgotla, a form of tribal gathering that has been used in Botswana for centuries. Kgotla techniques allow everyone to have their say, they help the leader come to a decision everyone accepts and supports, and they develop the skills to realise dreams.
