I am an Applied Scientist at Amazon Alexa AI, working in Conversational AI, Dialog Systems, and Large Language Models. I received my Ph.D. degree from National University of Singpaore in 2021, advised by Dr. Roger Zimmermann , and mentored by Dr. Soujanya Poria and Dr. Rada Mihalcea .
I actively volunteer in NLP conferences as Area Chair ( ACL ('23), EMNLP ('23), AAAI ('24, '23) ) , and have received awards for my work , including Outstanding Reviewer for ACL '21, Outstanding Paper (IEEE CIM), Research Achievement Award (NUS '19), etc. Research Interests:
