Description: Bring your old denim to East End Arts in Riverhead and fiber artist Sherry Davis will upcycle your old jeans into new art.
East End Arts Gallery is located at 133 East Main Street in Riverhead . Individuals, families, and organizations are encouraged to donate unwanted jeans and other denim clothing while visiting the gallery during the Dan’s Reimagined show. Exhibition hours are: Thursdays (12-5), Fridays (2-7), and Saturdays (12-5). The exhibit runs from February 18 through March 4.
East End Food Market is located at 139 Main Road in Riverhead . Denim donations will be accepted on Saturday March 5th from 9AM - 1PM. Sherry will be available to answer questions and show her work.
Denim should be clean and can be in any condition. If you have a large quantity of denim special arrangements can be made to pick it up at your location — please contact Sherry for more information.
