Mary J Fry has engaged in the creative life since she was a young child. Her favorite thing to do back in elementary school was to wander through the galleries in Carmel, CA, with the portrayal of light through the waves. She was introduced to figure drawing and intaglio by the well-known artist John Nava and dedicated her undergraduate and graduate work in those endeavors.
