Our family business, with its subsidiaries, was established in 2004 as a real estate investment company and operates from the Netherlands.
Dekron Invest has more than 40 years of experience of residential and commercial construction, retail, special- and social real estate, office- and logistics real estate. We are also specialized in setting up investment structures with the accompanying asset management, administration and reporting.
The emphasis of the group was to invest mainly in German and Dutch Real Estate for its own portfolio as well as together with private investors and business partners.
