All year I have been canning our favorites for the winter and possible disaster. I love canning. It gives me such a sense of accomplishment. I have a cooking website on FB called Debbie’s Family Recipes. I share many of my recipes for canning there. One of my friends, Kayt, owns a Cooking Store, Whisk’d. A lady came into her store and asked if she knew of anyone who could teach her to can. Kayt called me and asked if I would help her! I said ,”Sure!
Our new adventure began. Kerri called and we talked for over an hour about the tools she would need. I told her if money was no object she would buy the new electric canner by Presto. So she bought one and loves it!!! I’ve had cancer, A-Fib, fibromyalgia, and others so I haven’t bought luxuries in a while.
