Thus, the Death Penalty Legal Representation Project was established to provide legal representation to those individuals who are innocent; to those inmates not represented by counsel; and/or to those individuals for whom the legal system has unquestionably failed. This Innocence Project will also provide a readily available means for death row inmates, concerned family and friends, and others to locate an attorney and other resources.
This international and national Project is only concerned with direct appeal and post-conviction cases.
