Before being elected as Berwyn’s Township Assessor, David served as Legislative Director for Cook County Commissioner Stanley Moore. He analyzed, reviewed, and wrote amendments to Cook County’s 3 billion dollar budget in this position. He also co-authored major legislation for Cook County Commissioners and their staff.
