We offer a unique and genuine mix of Asian & western flavors and tastes in an easygoing atmosphere. Our culinary cocktail is unique: fresh, high-end ingredients, respect for the authenticity of the flavors, a splash of exotic touches and love for the craft are what makes Dah Makan a success. Our cooking style includes Robatayaki (炉端焼き, literally "fireside-cooking"), often shortened to robata, as well as Teppanyaki (鉄板焼き teppan-yaki - metal plate grilling, broiling).
