Welcome to Culverdene House B&B

S tep back in time without leaving the comforts of the present at Culverdene House Bed and Breakfast. An example of the neo-classical style, Culverdene House was built in the 1840s for United Empire Loyalist Major Joseph Culver. The building is protected under the Ontario Heritage Act for its architectural and historical importance and is now a unique B&B operated by Joyce and Roger Humbert.

Two spacious bedrooms with tall windows and private bathrooms are available for our guests. The North Room has a gas fire place for that cozy feeling on cool evenings. The South Room with its relaxing blue and white colour scheme has an ensuite bath. The elegant living-dining room reserved for the use of our guests features original contemporary art, historical photos and a Nordheimer piano of 1890s vintage. Books and games such as Scrabble and crokinole are available for your enjoyment.
