Lincoln Center Education, in partnership with a network of education experts, presented Culture at the Core during the winter of 2014-2015. Hosted over a period of five months, the initiative challenged participants from the field of arts and culture to achieve a deeper understanding of the Common Core State Standards, to evaluate their own beliefs and practices in working with schools, and to create educational content that deeply aligns with the needs of students and teachers.
