She is one of the first women Psychiatrists, to have gone through a rigorous training in the UK in various premier institutes before obtaining her MRCPsych from the Royal College of Psychiatrists, London. She returned, 20 years ago, with the vision of changing the face of mental health. With that in mind, she founded Crystal Minds, previously known as Crystal Clinic, in 1997, which has a holistic approach towards mental health care.
