Meditation is my passion, to me it is the 'quiet revolution' the foundation for any caring path and an in built survival kit for all that life cares to throw at us. Meditation has brought me peace, solace, harmony and allowed me to hear my own inner voice of truth in a noisy chaotic world. I was taught meditation by a medium when I was 19 and have been teaching it for over 40 years.
