Hello and welcome! I’m so glad you are here. My name is Tristy Taylor and I am a dream worker, transformation teacher, counselor and interfaith minister .
I am committed to helping you reconnect with your inner wisdom and vitality through working with your unconscious, shadow , and unexamined/rejected parts of yourself and the gifts they have to offer you. As we embrace and welcome back these forgotten parts of ourselves, our waking, human lives become much more vibrant and alive, which leads to a much more evolved intuition, which leads to more loving and integrated choices in life. Your actual ways of being and doing in the world transform through this work
My work with you begins with reconnecting with your unconscious, which can be done through dreamwork, shadow work , creativity, counseling , ritual and many other ways. It looks differently for each person I work with, because everyone is unique, with their own needs and gifts. It’s my job to help you slow down and reconnect with the wisdom YOU ALREADY HAVE, so you can start living with your WHOLE self, and not just from a place of reacting to wounds, trauma, and the stories you use to scare yourself.
