We are seeking participants in a CDC-funded study called the Innovative Support For Patients with SARS-CoV-2 Infections (INSPIRE). This study will describe the long-term effects of COVID-19 infection. The goal is to understand the long-term effects of COVID-19 infection. Participants will describe how they are feeling by completing online surveys and share their medical information through a secure, confidential, cloud-based personal health platform.
Complete a brief survey every three months for 18 months and connect your patient health record to our secure health platform.
Access to the internet via a smartphone, tablet or computer, and an image of your COVID-19 test result that includes the test date as well as the result.
