Covenant Hospice Care covers all prescription drugs related to the patient’s hospice diagnosis. Medical equipment and supplies required to ease the patient’s life-limiting illness are also covered by Covenant Hospice Care .
Covenant Hospice Care is available to provide all services to patients in the privacy of their home and to residents of Long-Term Care (LTC) Facilities, Nursing Homes, Assisted Living Facilities (ALFs), and Residential Care Facilities for the elderly.
