Life can be a ‘roller coaster ride’ at the best of times but right now we are all living through unprecedented times of uncertainty and the resulting states of high anxiety that have manifested and will continue to present from the consequences of Brexit, Covid 19 and the exposure of race inequalities. My sense that peace of mind will remain evasive for the foreseeable future, it may help to talk and release the steam from the internal ‘pressure cooker’, it has been my experience and is well worth a try?.
