Due to the nature of customized items having zero resale value, refunds are only possible on very rare occasions. Once a proof is approved for print, the buyer confirms that there are no typos or mistakes. If printed items are found to have mistakes after approval from the buyer, Cordial Punch Press takes no responsibility. Reprints can be made at regular retail price.
